No accounts

You don't create an account or a password on nodiexam. Free practice needs no email address.

When you buy full prep

• Card details. You pay on Stripe's page. Stripe handles your card details under its own privacy policy. We never see or store your card number.
• What we keep. Your email address and an order record: what you bought, the price, the date, the Stripe payment reference, and when your access and downloads end.
• Why. To send your access link, your receipt and download links, to answer your emails, to handle refunds and disputes, and to keep the records the law asks us to keep.
• Emails. We send you only emails about your order: the access email, links you ask us to resend, and refund confirmations. No newsletters.

We don't sell your email address or share it for marketing.

When you use full prep

• Access cookie. When you open your access link, we set one cookie that tells our server this device may load your practice. It holds an access code and an expiry date, nothing else.
• Usage log. Each time the practice loads, we log the time and a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address. We use it to spot shared or resold links and to answer payment disputes. We delete these entries after 90 days.

Your progress

Your answers, scores and progress are saved in your browser's storage on your device (localStorage). They are not sent to us. Clearing your browser data deletes them.

Measuring visits

• Matomo. We run our own Matomo analytics without cookies. It records pages visited and events such as starting or finishing a practice test, and it masks part of each IP address.
• Google Analytics. We also use Google Analytics, which may set its own cookies and is run by Google under its own privacy policy.
• Not measured. The pages you see right after paying and when you open your access link carry no analytics.

Who else handles data

• Stripe (payments)
• Our web host, which stores the site and order records in the United States
• Cloudflare, which delivers the site and protects it from attacks
• Google (Google Analytics)

How long we keep data

We keep order records for 7 years, because US tax and accounting rules ask for them. Usage logs are deleted after 90 days.

Your choices

Email support@nodiexam.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. We may need to keep order records the law requires. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
