Refund policy

7 days, no questions asked

If full prep isn't right for you, email support@nodiexam.com within 7 days of paying. Use the email address you paid with, or tell us which one it was. We refund the full $35. You don't need to give a reason.

How it works

1. You email us within 7 days of the payment date.
2. We refund the full amount to the card you paid with, through Stripe.
3. We email you to confirm.

We send the refund through Stripe within one business day. Stripe says a card refund appears about 5 to 10 business days later, depending on the bank.

What a refund ends

A refund ends your access to the online practice and your download links. Please delete any PDFs you downloaded.

After 7 days

We don't give refunds after 7 days, except where the law requires it or where something on our side stopped you from using full prep. If that happens, email us and we sort it out.

Free practice

The free quiz, the free full-length practice test and the free printable sample cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund.
